We have been eagerly awaiting for this project: the Marc Aurel exhibitions in the ancient Roman city of Trier. We at soundgarden are currently writing the tours for both participating museums, the Rheinisches Landesmuseum Trier and the Stadtmuseum Simeonstift. They shed a light on Marcus Aurelius from different angles. To this day, the ancient emperor's ‘self-reflections’ continue to fascinate many people and inspire them to reflect on their own lives. Marcus Aurelius has also found his way into advice books for managers and stressed-out people.

While the exhibition at the Rheinisches Landesmuseum sheds light on the time and person of Marcus Aurelius and features countless exciting exhibits, the Simenonstift City Museum focuses on the reception of Marc Aurel over the centuries.

The comprehensive range of audio guided tours, written and produced by soundgarden, includes classic tours in several languages, tours for children, texts in easy-to-read language, and audio descriptions.
